Derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ear Seeds are adhesive seeds placed on specific acupressure points on th ear to address symptoms and areas of physical and emtional body.

Ear Seeds are an alternative to acupuncture for the ear that use a small "seed" to apply pressure to points mapped in the ear. This is called auriculotherapy.

Ear Seeds can easily be applied at home in no time at all.

Here are the steps for applying Ear Seeds on your own:

Step 1:
Clean your ear surface with an alcohol swab. This ensure the Ear Seeds will stick to the surface area well.

Step 2:
Using a pair of tweezers, lift the adhesive and ear seed combination from the tab. It may work easier if you bend the cardboard tab slightly so the adhesive pad is disconnected slightly.

Step 3:
Place the adhesive tab with Ear Seed attached over the point you want to apply it to. (Folow link above for Ear Seed Maps)

Step 4:
With your other hand, press the ear seed and adhesive pad firmly but gently to your ear. It should be nice and secure.

That's it!

The Ear Seeds may fall off on their own within 3-5 days. It is not recommended to wear them more than 5 days at a time.
