1. AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel it. We package and ship very quickly. Please do not place an order unless you are sure you want to purchase the items. Thank you for understanding!

2. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE INGREDIENTS YOU STAY AWAY FROM WHEN CHOOSING PRODUCTS?

We source our products from brands who are environmentaly conscious, understand toxicity load is a real danger and who put real effort into clean and natural ingredients while also keeping safety top of mind. Here is a basic list of ingredients and practices we stay away from:

  • Sulfates
  • Phthalates
  • Parabens
  • Synthetic fragrances
  • Triclosan
  • BHA & BHT
  • Bismuth Oxychloride
  • Formaldehyde-releasing preservatives
  • Animal testing

3. WILL THE NATURAL DEODORANT I PURCHASED KEEP ME FROM SWEATING?

Perspiration is one of the ways our body eliminates toxins. It is a healthy bodily function. Our deodorants are formulated to assist in eliminating odor while allowing the body to cleanse itself.

4. WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

USPS and other carriers are behind on shipping time to time, we always advise giving them a couple extra days before panicking. Since we are not affiliated with USPS and/or other carriers in any way, please be sure to reach out to them directly regarding any missing packages.

5. HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We aim to ship the same day you place an order. During the holiday season, we do get a bit backed up but still manage to get orders out by the following business day.

6. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALY?

We do ship internationally but are not responsible for any duty fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order as international shipping and customs policies vary widely from country to country.

8. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

At this time, we are unable to accept any returns. Due to the nature of the products we sell and because our suppliers are unable to process returns, please be sure of your order prior to purchase. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, all sales become final.
